Divine, David
Divine was a long-term foster child in Scotland, after being abandoned by his family when a toddler, and spent nine years in a children's home.
He has been the assistant director of the British Central Council for Education and Training in Social Work and head of the London Borough of Brent's social services department, and since 1994 has been a social services consultant in private practice in London.
